At Porta Romana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home furnishings. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all padding and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup with our preferred white-glove courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our studio, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
